Video: ZombiU gameplay makes a grown man scream
ZombiU was announced at this year’s E3 as one of the big 3rd party titles coming from Ubisoft. Who knew that this wasn’t just another generic zombie shooter, but one that will physically set out to scare you. See inside.

This footage is a part of the lengthy demo that was shown at this year’s E3. In fact, the demo was so long, they were actually challenging you to stay alive and play through all of it. Yep, this is a proper zombie survival game and the game is somewhat difficult to stay alive. Run out of bullets/get overrun and it’s game over.
We lasted long enough to show our demo’er scream on camera. He was worth the money we paid him.
ZombiU is looking like it will land as one of the launch titles for the Wii U later this year.

Yeah… 2005 year old visuals with crappy animation, linear corridors and mediocre shooting mechanics.
Next Generation Of Gaming (!) right here, ONLY on Wii U.
No U Thanks.

With upcoming EXCLUSIVE games, I still can’t understand why on earth Nintendo demoed a year old game like Batman Arkham City instead of ZombiU or P-100.

“Look at Wii U controller”. Nothing like breaking up the action. It’s going to take some very clever game design to get these two ‘consoles’ working together with any fluidity.

@1,
And this is supposed to be a showcase must-buy title for Wii U launch.
I can pretty much visualize core gamers throwing away their ps3,360 and overrunning stores to buy nintys “next-gen” console.

Well, weren’t creepy graphics and animations expected, as this is a new hardware to develop on? I guess we’ll have to wait a bit to get some gems on this, but I agree that this is quite worrying.

That video clears it up a bit. Inventory management, maps and scanning stuff. This is all pretty forward looking stuff. Stagnant.

It looks great and the new fetures with the new controller is a BIG welcome in my book. To bad this is the only game so far shown that is tempting…
But knowing Nintendo there wil be great things on this new console. Cant wait!

I prefer to play a HARDCORE game with outdated graphics (Demon’s/Dark Souls) than playing a stupid shooter with modern graphics.
This does look ambitious, but not too exciting to me.

Look down at hands, look up at TV, look down at hands….
Wow!! Ninty just incorporated nodding into gameplay!
Fully expect Ninty branded neck braces.

At what point in the video does the scare happen, I stopped watching after the first moments with the inventory/box.
