Lords of Shadow 2 will be the conclusion to the saga, says Konami
Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 will be the conclusion to the saga, according to the game’s producer Dave Cox.
“We are pleased to announce the development of the conclusion to the Castlevania: Lords of Shadow saga, giving players an all-new gameplay experience within the Lords of Shadow universe,” he said.
“Castlevania: Lords of Shadow is the most successful Castlevania game to be released in the franchise’s history, and we are looking to provide series fans yet another nail biter, complete with Dracula’s resurrection and the Belmont clan’s desire for his final destruction.”
In the game, which was announced after much teasing and rumor mongering this week, Dracula is back and has returned to his castle in order to reacquire his powers.

Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 is slated for release in 2013 for PS3 and Xbox 360.

That quote makes no sense. Gabriel… -edit- (Spoilers? Really? If you haven’t learned that from the first one yet, you’re a bit late.)
If its not Alucard in the trailer, I have no idea what’s going on with this story.

@3 Expect it at E3. It was out in full force at E3 2010, and the timing was about the same.

Wish they could have been three… but it’s okay to finish the saga (Lords of Shadow, not Castlevania of course) in this game if it’s epic so it goes to sleep with honor and doesn’t keep going on forever with guts hanging like Silent Hill.
