Friday, 16th March 2012 23:09 GMT By Dave Oshry

Today is a pretty good day to be a member of The Creative Assembly.Having released the final trailer for their upcoming expansion to Total War: Shogun 2 entitled Fall of the Samurai would have been fine, but the game also took home a BAFTA award for best strategy game this evening.

Our hats off to you boys and girls, keep up the good work.

Here’s the trailer and the rundown from SEGA:

“With three new agent types on the campaign map to choose from, four new historical scenarios, brand new siege-battle mechanics and a huge upgrade to Total War: SHOGUN 2’s multiplayer game, the list of additions is as epic as the conflict in Total War: Shogun 2 – The Fall of the Samurai. Fight one last time for Japan’s future, as the age of the Samurai comes face to face with the explosive power of modern weaponry. The fate of all Japan is in your hands.”

Erm..why? Or was it the only one in the category? Because this game isnt like the Total Wars of old. This is pure rubbish at its best.
