3DS software topped Japanese sales in January, says Enterbrain

Famitsu publisher Enterbrain has said 3DS software topped the hardware monthly totals for last month in Japan.

Mario Kart 7 came first in the list with sales of 388,760, followed by the 319,037 units sold for Monster Hunter 3G. Super Mario 3D Land came third with 298,529, giving Nintendo a top-three trio.

Other new entries include Armored Core V in fourth with 170,237 units sold, followed by fifth-placed Resident Evil Revelations with 160,575 units.

^ Er… Isn’t #2 a PSP title? And I’m sure theirs a few other PSP, PS3 titles in their also. In fact in terms of Japanese sales, what do Sony have to turnaround? Their rampant success in comparison to Microsoft’s abysmal failure there?

I think that top 10 is a list of all platforms but they’re just saying that 3DS is at top.

Btw, Monster hunter 3G is for the 3DS

#2 Orbit number 2 is on 3DS as well, i think the only PSP titles are 7 and 10.
