Bethesda has taken to Twitter to assure PS3 users experiencing stuttering and lag in Skyrim that the issues will be addressed with the release of Update 1.4. The issues occur with the PS3 version as save files age. Users were hoping framerate issues would be fixed with Update 1.3 in December, but Bethesda said at the time the issues would be fixed in the next release. The latest patch is expected sometime this month.

So I hope to finally start playing it. I bought it near launch but haven’t played because I am waiting for the most serious issues to be solved.

Didnt they say that the lag issue WONT be fixed in 1,04 update?!

Ive spent 250+ hrs in Skyrim before I retired due to terrible lag issues so I’d love to return to this.

1.4 not 1.04. Meaning there is a lot of tweaks and fixes to be applied.

So how do you folks feel about the devs considering EVERY game has these same types of issues with no end in sight?
