SSFIV AE Ver. 2012 patch launching in December for Japan

Capcom’s confirmed that it’ll launch the Ver. 2012 update for Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition in Japan from December 3 in arcades. It’ll then go live on PS3 and 360 versions of the game on December 13. The update will help balance out the fighter.

About this patch, is the PC version to come after that date, or is there to be no version 2012 update for PC players?
