Korean Ratings Board rates Crysis 1 for Xbox 360

Lol.Even if this comes out it wouldn’t be worth of waiting.
Just like Halo 2 wasn’t worth on Vista when was out.

I doubt that, either they cut a lot of content or the Korean Ratings Board made a mistake. No way Crysis 1 is going to be released on Xbox360 without some huge losses.

They should hold it back for the nextBox surely, I would buy it for that.
I cant see it being done justice on the 360.

I’m not sure about it. Xbox 360 has not enough ram to support such a giant sandbox.

Not to mention that Xbox 360 can’t support Cryengne 2.0 and even if we are going to assume that everything is being ported from Cryengine 2.0 to Cryengine 3.0 the graphics in the first game better then in Crysis 2 for like 5-10 times.
Crysis 2 barely works on the 360, but here one jungle is like an entire game of Crysis 2

Same thing like if Bohemia would start a port of ARMA 2 to the xbox 360.

So much doubt on what it will be like when nothing has been released yet. Just wait..

@4 They would definitely cut the corners where you ”don’t need” to go like parts with water and swimming and other stuff.
@6 Well its kind totally differente game.There are more vehicles to use but you don’t them you can go on foot,There is also distruction,weapon customization is much better,shooting is more realistic and levels are much much bigger.

There’s some serious rose tinted specs syndrome with the original. It’s a decent game but hardly a classic.

I’m sure if Crytek wanted to do it they could, sure it may not look as good on console as it was on PC but it’s been 5-6 years since release.

They’ve had time for optimization, the development of Crysis 2 on consoles would of helped moving from engines.

From Kotaku: Update: South Korean game site Inven apparently contacted EA Korea, who supposedly confirmed the Xbox 360 version of Crysis, adding that the release date was TBA.

xbox or ps3 will never have a good port of such a huge sandbox game unless they cut the visuals seriously .

Crysis was alright, IN 2007!!! The only impressive thing about crysis was the graphics so porting to the 360 makes no fuckin sense. Unless you actually think it has good gameplay which would make you an incompetent dimwit. But then again 360 gamers are just that so never mind. I’m sure they will adore the crap out of it and boast how amazing it looks cause they’ve never played on a modern gaming PC.

That’s right Crytek, keep this up and you can change your name to Crytek360, let me guess, it’s gonna use kinekt in like the stupidest way possible.

Oh well, Crysis 2 sucks ass on PC or on any system actually, it’s nothing like Crysis so I’ve stopped caring about the franchise for some time now.
