Ubisoft announces The Black Eyed Peas Experience

Monday, 27th June 2011 00:53 GMT By Brenna Hillier

The Black Eyed Peas Experience is a thing, now.

Shack reports Ubisoft slipped the announcement out quietly over the weekend, possibly out of shame.

Following on from the success of The Michael Jackson Experience, it’s another Just Dance-like rhythm action game, and will release for Kinect and Wii.

There’s a trailer below showing off the game’s improvements over the last Experience we had, although disappointingly there still seems to be no opportunity to sit back stage complaining about the catering.

Are we going to see a whole series of these experiences? Go go Lady Gaga Experience. Meat dress forever.

Thanks, GameInformer.

Dance games are gonna have the same fate as guitar hero in a couple of years.

Couple years? I give it 1 one more year while Kinect is still in it baby stage and when Games starting coming out with support like ME3 and ALan Wakes’s new game.

Lady Gaga Experience, that would have a big chance of being a hit release – as well as costing Ubi a ton to license. BEP…Probably not, on both counts! Yeah #1, this reminds me a bit of the (band name) Rock Bands, that were all staggeringly successful.

Odd that its coming for Wii and not the PS3.

Because the PS Move doesn’t have a way to track movement like the kinect or Wii. THe PS Move has no gyroscope so think of it as a remote more than a motion control because thats what it is.

The PS3 just doesn’t want that shit clogging up it’s system.

#5 You’re wrong on that. The PS Move has a accelerometer, gyroscope and even a MEMS compass. The gyros are sensetive enough to track the Earth’s rotation.
