Catherine dated for US, English demo release confirmed
Atlus has slapped a firm US release date on thriller Catherine, giving it a July 26 launch in the country. The publisher’s also confirmed that there’ll be an English taster of the game coming to PSN and Xbox Live Marketplace that will allow you to try a block puzzle.
Thanks, Siliconera.

Release date is old.
About the demo, I think it’s time I create a US account.

Man, the US is getting a load of region-exclusive demos of late. I already need to log in to my US account and get the demos for Dungeon Siege 3 and El Shaddai, now there’s another one.

At least you can still do that.
Isn’t the whole game just a block puzzle game with some story? That seems to have been the only gameplay I’ve seen of it so far.

@3 Isn’t it, to name one, Call of Duty just a rail shooter with a story?

@3 That’s what I’ve seen too but it’s said that the puzzles are just one aspect of the game and the whole thing is more diverse

Wise move. Let’s face it a game as bizarre as this is unlikely to sell well without a demo of some kind.

Already have the Japanese demo on my PS3. I’ll probably get the English one to get a live taste of the english voices
