Sonic creator making a new fishing title

Sonic creator Yuji Naka is working on a new title and if you’re an aspiring fisherman, you will be excited to hear about it.

That’s right, he’s creating a new fishing game for the Wii called Family Fishing. Naka’s producing the title as well as overlooking its development.

The Namco Bandai developed title will allow players to fish in resort islands, jungle lakes and other locations, with over 1,000 items on offer and over 200 fish to catch. If that’s not enough, it’ll also have penguins!

Don’t be surprised if the end credits contain a line which reads “No penguins were harmed while creating this game.”
