Report: "No plans" for Atlus to bring Catherine west

Catherine coming westbound? Not in the near future, it's not.

Beefjack's reporting that the game's publisher Atlas doesn't have any plans to bring the game westbound in the foreseeable future.

"Catherine is a Japan-only game and there are no plans for a NA release at this time. Sorry about that," a rep told the site.

Catherine only launched in Japan for PS3 and 360 last week, and has gotten off to a sales stormer in the country, even outselling Marvel vs Capcom 3.

The title is Team Persona's first title on next-gen hardware. It's assumed its next title will be the long-awaited Persona 5.
