Dragon Age 2′s Ring of Whispers with Epic Weapons purchase

Epic Weapons has offered download codes for an exclusive in-game item, the Ring of Whispers, to those who purchase a set amount through their online store.

The Epic Weapons offer info page has all the details. The Ring of Whispers improves cunning, attack speed, and increases gold drops.

You’ll need to add the free code to your cart and then pile up $15 worth of stuff in order to be eligible.

The offer seems to apply to any item in the Epic Weapons catalogue, which includes licensed Dante’s Inferno, Devil May Cry, and World of Warcraft merchandise and replicas.

In the Dragon Age range you’ll find replica Grey Warden and Darkspawn swords, plus a sword staff, pendants, and coasters.

You might want to give it an hour or two, though – the Bioware Twitter feed’s announcement of the deal has slowed the online store to crawl.
