Super Street Fighter IV PC not coming due to piracy, says Ono

well they know the taito arcade will be pirated and ripped anyway .
I dont think there is a single taito x² game that isnt already playable on pc .

Tell the truth capcom , you are mostly mad you wouldnt be able to sell the costumes

Well there is very small number Fighting games on PC.Just like Console version of Red Alert 3 wasn’t sold good.Not to mention that PC port of SF4 was late like 3 mounts…But i don’t know how Resident Evil 5 was sold on PC ?

@StolenGlory, the combat and moves in EX series are way better, when i click on the controller,i feel like i’m chaining attacks, i feel like i’m kicking my opponents ass, the attacks are more creative than just graphic-show off, i hit then wait till the silly embarrassing moves in SSIV ends.
one hint: compare the commandlist of ssiv and the ex series you’ll know what i mean.
also not to forget, SSIV players nearly have the same attacks, just how many of them have haduoken seriously?

I don’t know Stolen, by today’s standard they are outdated but SF4 is sooooooooooo sloooooooooooooow and cheap. Its a disaster. Luckily Marvel vs Capcom looks 100 times promising and better.

I never said games dropped. I said they’re laggier. And as for a lack of people with headsets, I know this from experience of playing Uncharted 2 online on a regular basis.

Virtua Fighter 5 was weak sauce as well. Well, maybe it just wasnt fit to my taste because i did see heeps of potential.
It appears we have similar tasts in fighting games except for Virtua Fighter 5. I preffered VF2.

@19 There’s more depth and strategy put into one single character in Virtua Fighter V than there is in the entirety of Tekken.

Mind you, that doesn’t mean I think Tekken is crap. I just think Virtua Fighter 5 is vastly superior. VF2 is a very outdated game in comparison.

What he actually said was that they was a possibility that PC SSF4 could happen but it would need “Unbreakable DRM”.

So dump GFWL then, its the reason it was so heavily pirated because its so fucking easy to do.

I think Ono has also mentioned not making the game have Steamworks because it would exclude people or something, so basically no one is getting the game because some people can’t have it.

I have no idea as to the logic behind that.

O i know its outdated and thats why i dont play it anymore. But for its time VF2 was just way out there.
VF5 just didnt keep my attention longer than 5hrs. I thought it was cool at first but then i just got bored with it. Maybe i should try it again.

@22 Virtua Fighter isn’t a pick-up-and-play kind of game. You don’t get much flash out of it unless you create the bang yourself.
