GameStop lists New Order DLC for Rock Band 3

neworder

Stoked. GameStop’s apparently outed some of the first DLC for Rock Band 3, including New Order’s Blue Monday.

Two other songs are also mentioned by the retailer: Burning Down the House by Talking Heads and My Own Summer by Deftones.

You get the tracks when you pre-order the game with GS.

All that music is all well and great, but we’ll be honest: it’s all about New Order for us. It’s the best piece of news all day.

Crystal or Ceremony next, please.

Rock Band 3 releases this holiday season for 360, PS3, Wii and DS.

Thanks, D’Toid.

Ok… Loved New Order in the 80′s.. but they are no way shape or form have anything to do with Rock or guitars. They are an electronic band like Depeche mode. Just seems like a very bizarre choice.

But… but… Rock Band 3 has keyboards! And they did use guitars, Peter Hook’s basslines were central to their sound, surely?

That sounds painful. What does he sit on now? :-)

Cool, I can just about pull off vocals to New Order too, now where is that Fligt of the Conchords DLC?

But, what about Orgy’s version? Way better in my opinion, and I’ve been waiting forever for Orgy to come to Rock Band.

@7 FotC have three tracks on the PSN to download… I ‘m guessing it ‘s the same on the 360.
