H.A.W.X. 2 announced for fall
Ubisoft has announced that Tom Clancy’s H.A.W.X. 2 is in development and will hit stores in the fall.
So that confirms one of the games from Ubisoft in the Tom Clancy series in the works, then.
Being developed by the Bucharest studios, in H.A.W.X. 2 you are once again an “elite aerial soldier” in control of “the world’s most technologically advanced aircraft”.
“With over one million units sold worldwide, Tom Clancy’s H.A.W.X. has become a very successful brand for Ubisoft,” stated Bogdan Bridinel, creative director at Ubisoft.
“This new H.A.W.X. game is directly inspired by Tom Clancy’s books, and it will enable fans to once again experience the excitement and intensity that established H.A.W.X. as a successful brand”
It’s to be made available on PC, PS3, Wii and Xbox 360.

It has TOM CLANCY’S name in it and it was so arcade of a game the first one.. Who liked it? Not many, so why make another one? I will only buy if only if its more of a sim!

For the most part HAWX was a fun shooter. On some missions yelling “Fire” into the microphone was actually a good way to clear out enemies in the area.

@1 It was arcade and OK game, but i enjoyed it on my PC.
It was enjoyable.

@1 If you forgot Ubisoft now owns the Tom Clancy brand in relation to games so they can stick his name onto whatever they like. They could even make a Tom Clancy’s my little pony and me game.
Also it was a fun game of course it’s not a sim it never gave the impression it was a sim, if you thought that well then sorry.
I can’t wait for the sequel just hoping it has a better story then PMC’s are bad m’kay

gd game! gd game! I loved it.
especially that cinematic camera. and since it’s being made in my country I’m definitely buying it. 
and the fact that Ubi Bucharest always made high quality products like the Blazing Angels and the Silent Hunter series.

The original was absolute pish , without a doubt the worst game I have played on 360 to date, and I’ve completed Dark Void.

@Anders can u not read? it says up there that it sold over a million. which is very good for a niche type of game, a game that was also a new IP. newbie!
@freedoms_stain LOL! ofc it was. it was a console game. every idiot knows that console controls suck ass. so it’s not anyone’s fault but yours that u were dumb enough to buy the console version. as for the PC controls, well, they are pretty damn good. next time at least try to use your brains when making a game purchase. ..

HAWX 1 campaign’s story and level designs were simply awful. Maybe they can ignore it and start anew, like BFBC2′s campaign did
