Rumor: Starhawk could include some MMO elements

starhawk

Remember last April when Sony trademarked Starhawk, the rumored Warhawk-in-space thing?

Well, PlayStation Lifestyle is reporting that Starhawk could have MMO elements.

According to the site, Lightbox Interactive has been recruiting folks with experience developing MMOs.

Furthermore, the site says that Lightbox consists of previous employees with MMO experience – these being
James Mestemaker and Steven Wartofsky who are both ex-Bioware Austin and NCSoft employees.

The site also notes that all this MMO talks is speculation only at this point, so just hang tight until more information is divulged at E3.

I wish Sony would make a proper Warhawk sequel instead of turning it into a multiplayer game.

…You guys do know that ‘MMO’ isnt always the same thing as ‘MMORPG’ right? MMO just means shit loads of players in one game at the same time. MAG is an MMO shooter for example.
