The 360 can have more exclusives all it wants, its about the quality the exclusives are and the playstation 3 is far ahead on quality, if they can make fable 3 even better than 1 & 2 then i think they have a chance of winning GOTY, but up against gow3 its unlikely.

Taking into account what you have mentioned, it seems to be the case that Microsoft (according to Greenberg) have more exclusives than Sony EVEN THOUGH they have closed some internal studios.

So, again, how does what you say refute what Greenberg claims? Assuming, that is, that that is what you were hinting at..

@36 Many of us have both systems… some of us have ALL systems… money isn’t the issue. I have 4 close friends that all own both systems…. all 4 of them play the 360 way more than the PS3… and if you were to ask them why.. they would say 2 things.. Xbox Live is better and they like the 360 controller better.. well.. 1 of them prefers the ps3 controller.

Me personally.. could give a shit less about “systems”.. I prefer games and the network that supports the best implementation of those games. for past 2 months I play on the PC mostly, except for Console exclusives like Darksiders. I prefer the 360 controller with it’s real analog triggers and size that isn’t made for tiny people.

I also find games such as MW2 REQUIRE voice for you to be any good and have ANY team coordination. 360 has the advantage there because EVERY 360 comes with a headset.. PS3 does not. I find most gamers on the ps3 do NOT use voice. which is a HUGE drawback to my enjoyment.

Decided to do some fact checking. Game of the Year is pretty spread out amongst the different news sources through the years actually. And on top of that, many, if not most, are multiplatform titles. Uncharted 2 did take the most GotY awards for 2009 though. Regardless, my money on the 2010 GotY is gonna be a multiplatform title. Wanna put in an early nomination for Enslaved. If it lives up to its high concept, it’ll definitely be a worthy contender.

Xbox live is superb but so is Psn i suggest you give it a try with games like Uncharted 2 and Kz .

So its offical fact that Xbox live is better then Psn because from where im standing its just your opinion. As for never being better then a team who use mikes ive played against teams who use mikes and they spend more time talking and chatting shit then concentrating on the game.

NO.. the fact that EVERY 360 comes with a voice device makes Live better. That and Cross game chatting which PS3 still doesn’t support.

@44 Bullshit! Every game on the PS3 I have played, never more than 1/2 of the people have Mic’s. Mostly because people have to pay additional for a Mic, the majority don’t buy them.

Seeing as any bluetooth device works with the PS3 i doubt Sony really see the need to pack one with each console. You got a mobile phone? Chances are you’ve got a head-set that’ll work with the PS3.
Theres also the fact that the official PS3 mic isnt cheap, and for cause; Its one of the best bluetooth devices you can find that also works for mobile phones and PC’s. The 360 one on the other hand… Well, lets be honnest; Its a cheap piece of crap.

Ofcourse i myself still think Sony should pack them with the console. But i can understand why they might not want to.
