EEDAR predicts Uncharted 2 moved 600K units last month

uncharted2

EEDAR has predicted, ahead of Thursday’s NPD results, that Uncharted 2 moved 600,000 units during October in the US.

It was also estimated that Borderlands moved 300,000 and Brutal Legends 200,000.

Not bad numbers for any of those titles, but if anyone expects Uncharted 2 not to be number one, they must be wearing blinkers.

Well, there’s always a chance it could beWiiFit Plus, we suppose, but in America that is not very likely.

Very impressive considering its the US alone, can see this game easily doing 2m by the end of the year.

Sure about that Stephany? The original Wii Fit managed 680k on launch… and that’s with a rather expensive balance board attached to it (and a considerably lower installed base of Wii consoles).

Since launch it’s gone on to sell more than Halo 3 in the US… and now stands at around 8 million sold. So how many of that 8 million bought the upgrade? :D

I was just being sarcastic because most Americans hate to move or anything that’s “good for them”. I should have left that bit in, but figured I’d get eaten alive by my fellow countrymen :-D :-D

What you say is probably true… but then they also love buying exercise equipment which never gets used. :P

What you need in America are pavements to walk on. Even in the slums of South Africa they have pavements. In America? None. A fine superpower you are. :p

What do you mean? We have sidewalks everywhere, just not on the side of major roads. Too many people would get mowed over.

He said you need pavements… not sidewalks. :P

What are pavements, Pscyho? Something different? Please, inform me! I love differences between languages! :-) To me “pavement” is just that, blacktop or concrete.

@ Syrok, there are in the state I am in unless it is a rural area. Most have sidewalks up and down the streets and are lit at night.

You wish to repair me by sewing?

That’s most generous, but unlikely to be effective.

Every street except highways have Sidewalks… Also the US has like 100 times the land mass of you guys. Completely different infrastructure. Walking is not practical here unless you are live in the middle of a city. Such as myself :) and I do walk whenever possible.

The most informative gaming website in europe, where you can learn about concrete you walk on and the differences between yanks and limies.

Love it ^_^

Fantastic result for them if true! And look at ‘sent to die’ Borderlands, there. Well done, Pachman! :-D
