PS3 for €199, than? :)

Regarding the MW2 price; I don’t think the price itself makes much of difference because it’s only really higher in the UK. Anywhere else the price is as high as usual.

You can get to the RSS for it here. But yes, I’m working on the ITMS subs.

I keep meaning to throw some tunes together for you to consider for your podcast as practice for the old audio engineering, but then I hear those towering riffs and feel inadequate.

Do it, Hunam. If you make something I’ll use it. Promise.

I pretty much detest the Wii, but I must say that after hearing so much of the positive press about Wii Sports Resort, that if anything will turn Nintendo’s prospects around, that game will be it. That is if the dominant console of this generation needs its prospects to turn around.

Like I said before enjoy the decline in the console market. Things is the recssion is only speeding up the death of consoles.

Ok I just listen to your your video and I disagree with alot of things on the video.

sony is going to be pretty much dead. Even if they cut the price of the ps3 it’s not going to save them. They should have done earlyer in the recession.maybe if they sell their ps3 for like $100 they might make some money out of it.

Yes, nintendo is now dooomed from now on in they will be kicked to the side. You will no longer hear about the nintendo wii.If nintendo has a new console it’s time to bring it out. If not they are now gone.

This console generation is now dead! there will not be no 10 year console generation it’s not going to happen and it’s wishful thinking

first off Sims 3 is smashing the sales chart for EA

http://news.softpedia.com/news/Sims-3-Smashes-Competition-in-June-PC-Sales-Charts-117802.shtml

By the way if EA had made batttlefield 3 for pc they would have been able to compete with MW

dragon age will do very well.

this gen of consoles are now over! No alot of new games are not going to save them.

As for Guitar Hero it’s not going to be as big. Guitar Hero is on a decline.

Review:

I am enamoured with the affectionately awkward chemistry that hosts Patrick Garratt and Stephany Nunneley inhabit. The two discuss topics that are relevant to the videogaming industry, with wonderful insights and comedy that really gives the podcast that European-games-journalism feel. This is all disregarding the flaming punches and 90′s guitar riffs.

I find the health of a platform is very clearly indicated by the number of 1 year+ old games are in it.

I like how Steph just seems thrown that she’s been asked a question at all before she gets over the spectacle of it and gets round to answering.

Pat meanwhile steam rollers on with feverish joy :)

Pat, do you spend most of your time at home just talking games at the wife? You seem to love talking about games as much as typographing about them!

BDH is a bit of a crazy person clearly…

Nah…

bdh just seems to have been implanted with a ‘borg’-like half PC brain that is permanantly downloading propaganda from the PC gaming collective.

We can save him yet!

I think I sounded loads better this time. Less stage fright. Never was good at “public speaking”. Plus I was being on my best behavior. Don’t wanna scare the kiddies (insert wicked laugh here). :-D

Yeah, but the link even says DD = $1-2bn, Retail = $26 billion.

No matter how much you feverishly pleasure yourself over it, consoles are going to say whether we like it or not.

Hunam – Ah! I did know that, but I’d completely forgotten. I’ll bring it up if I get to speak to her again. I actually really enjoyed interviewing her. She was very passionate about Rare.
