Rumor: Sony plans to reveal PSP Go apps at Games Con

Rumor has it that Sony plans to reveal “non-retail” games and apps for PSP Go at Games Con in August.
The apps will run anywhere from $2 to $6 and free applications will be made available as well.
Sources close to D’toid say file sizes are limited to 100 Mb, and “non-game apps” and 2D titles are encouraged and to be made available to the public during Q4.
Again, file this as a rumor until more is revealed.

I hope this is true…it’s crazy that people have to hack to create their own apps.
Though I guess that’s not the main reason for the hacking.

The Cologne show is called Gamescom, not Games Con (no one knows why, but oh well).

It was Gamescom, becuase it used to be (last year) about online communication, esentially. It was all about online games.
