This was announced last week in Famitsu, but we didn’t post it as our eyes were rolling so much we couldn’t see the keyboard. Watch Impress has posted up some screens of the Wii version of the GameCube remake of Resident Evil, and it all looks nice enough.
It’s Japan-only. Look at it. Then imagine playing through it again.

Apparently Capcom are releasing this in Japan because the (pointless) port of RE: Zero they did actually met sales targets in Japan.
Personally, i’m hoping they’re porting REmake and Zero in anticipation of remakes of RE2 and RE3 on the Wii. Unlikely, but we all know Capcom like a good remake!
