Movie - Burnout Paradise bikes: watch a complete challenge

burnoutparadise16.jpg

Criterion and EA launched the Burnout Paradise Bike Patch this morning, and you're probably wondering what it looks like and what it's like to play. Fear not: we're here for you.

After the drop is a video of us playing from the beginning of the update, which takes you straight to a junk yard and presents two bikes to you immediately.

There's a full race challenge included in the video, which we won. Obviously.

A few things to note:

  • There was no boost on the bike we were using at all.
  • You can see a crash in the video. There's no animation when you pile into a wall: the screen just fades out and you're back on the road.
  • The handling's very forgiving, as previously known. You have to properly "crash" to balls it up.

Take a look. For the record, this is shot from the 360 version.
