WipEout HD to cost £11.99
CVG’s reporting that Sony’s confirmed an £11.99 price for WipEout HD, following an overnight rumour that the game would cost £15.99.
Still no date, though. Thanks, Blerk.

That’s insane! Most people were assuming it would be closer to a full price retail game.

Can’t fault Sony’s PSN pricing. I also like the fact that I’m not paying in Disney Dollars.

I *hate* paying in real money, especially given the “minimum transaction” bullshit that comes with using a debit/credit card online. I’d much rather be able to buy points at rates I’m happy with.

I hate using points. It makes me spend more money than I want to.

Sony’s store is no better, as you have to preload your wallet each time it drops below a fiver. At least you can shop around and buy points cheaper.
