Aliens game being written by Battlestar Galactica team
According to this Kotaku story, the script for Gearbox’s upcoming Aliens shooter – Colonial Marine – is being penned by the team behind the Battlestar Galactica TV series.
The info’s taken from this Shacknews interview, in which the company confirms that Bradley Thompson and David Weddle – the show’s lead writers – wrote a “whole season” worth of material for the game during the recent US writers’ strike.

Good stuff – maybe we’ll get another Aliens game that doesn’t suck. Then again, I hope it’s a bit more than a straight bug-hunt.
