Sims closed down, replaced with… EA-land?

This sounds bizarre, but here we go. Apparently EA has closed down The Sims Online and merged all its cities into something called EA-land. The last of TSO’s cities was shut down on February 21, to be replaced with this.

We know precisely nothing about TSO – in fact, we thought it had closed down years ago – so have a look at ?this for more information, should you feel the need.
