Elite: Dangerous developer Frontier decided to show everyone the new surface vehicles coming with the Horizons expansion. They're called SRVs, short for Surface Recon Vehicles and they're a bit small compared to the space ships.
Horizons introduces planetary landings, these new buggies, and much more to the base game.
