Report - EA Play EVP Jeff Karp leaving to join Zynga

EA's Play label EVP, Jeff Karp, is set to leave his position and join the firm's former COO John Schappert at Zynga, according to a report on Develop citing a US source close to the matter. Karp has been with EA for 11 years, and was appointed EVP of the label six months ago. The source has said Karp's departure comes as part of the publisher’s recent management changes. EA has yet to comment on the matter.
