No More Heroes 1 and 2 listed for PC release by the ESRB

It looks like No More Heroes and No More Heroes 2 are going to be released on PC soon.

The Entertainment Software Rating Board (that's the ESRB for short) has rated No More Heroes and No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle for PC.

Goichi Suda – better known as Suda51 – helmed the development of the action games that launched back on the Wii in 2007 and 2010, respectively. The games launched again on Nintendo Switch in October 2020, and now it looks like they're heading to PC, too.

As noted by Gematsu, both No More Heroes and No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle have been rated for PC over the weekend.

No release date is attached to either title, but we typically see games that get rated by the ERSB launch within a few weeks (or months, at the longest) after being rated.

Suda51 has previously lamented the on-problem of porting his classic games to Nintendo Switch and other platforms has come down to publisher rights – hopefully, that issue is now being addressed.

Back in September, Suda51 announced that No More Heroes 3 has been delayed due to Covid-19’s impact on development.

The downside? The Switch game has been pushed into 2021. The good news? The team has brought on comic book illustrator Darick W. Robertson (who you may know from The Boys) to create some original illustrations.

No More Heroes 3 takes place ten years after the original title... which you may be able to enjoy on PC very soon.
