November Metal Gear Solid 5 update adds additional features to FOB missions

An update for Metal Gear Solid 5 has been released, and along with changes to online FOB missions, well, a certain character can be brought back into play.

Back to the FOB missions: there are new security devices available, the ability in invest in Anti-Reflex research, players can build a third Forward Operating Base, and some tweaks to the story mode have been added.
