Get out your wallet: the gamescom 2017 ticket shop is now open for business

It's not even close to August, but you may want to go ahead and purchase tickets to gamescom 2017 anyway since advance tickets sold out quickly last year.

From today, you can purchase tickets to gamescom 2017 which takes place once again in Cologne.

For the first time, limited early bird contingents of day tickets are being reserved at reduced prices in the Ticket Shop for all days.

The will also be a limited opportunity to pre-entry tickets for those wishing to attend on Wednesday and Thursday, a reserved amount of family tickets, and codes for day tickets August 23-26.

Day tickets for private visitors will be available while supplies last, and again, pre-entry tickets are limited, so hurry.

More details on tickets and pricing can be found through the ticket hub on the official website.

The annual gamescom event takes place August 22-26, with the first day being open to trade and media. The doors will ope to the public the following day, August 23.
