EVE Online: Rubicon update 1.3 has been released

EVE Online: Rubicon update 1.3 has been released, and features a linear lighting system which "increases the texture fidelity improving the richness of color." Developer CCP said it needs more work, but this is a start. Also included in the update are various user interface improvements, a guest list for stations, updated asteroid shaders, new hull maintenance bots, improved corporation skills, and more.
