Chinese online gaming market at $637 million, up 65.9% over last year

According to a report by China-based consulting company Analysys International, China’s online gaming space is on the up and up. With total revenues of 4.43 million yuan ($637 million), it’s grown 65.9 percent in only a year.

Analysys also provided a list of China’s leading online game services. They are as follows:

  1. Shenda: 17.9%
  2. NetEase: 12.8%
  3. Giant: 11.4%
  4. The9: 10.9%
  5. Tencent: 10.5%
  6. Sohu: 7.4%
  7. Perfect World: 7.4%
  8. 9You: 5.6%
  9. NetDragon: 3.8%
  10. Kingsoft: 2.8%
