Nvidia's latest GeForce driver is ready for Monster Hunter World, WoW: Battle for Azeroth

The latest set of drivers for Nvidia GeForce GPUs are here, just in time for two of the biggest releases on PC this year.

Nvidia's game ready 398.82 WHQL drivers are available now for owners of GeForce graphics cards. This new set of drivers bring updates for Monster Hunter World, and World of Warcraft's big Battle for Azeroth expansion.

As you probably know by now, it is recommended that you install these drivers before playing the new games, or just if you want to stay up to date on drivers for your PC parts.

Nvidia did not mention any specific improvements 398.82 will bring, so that's disappointing. Monster Hunter World in particular appears to be a bit of a heavy game, and some had hoped launch day drivers would bring a decent boost to frame-rate.

If you missed them, here are the Monster Hunter World minimum and recommended specs. Most issues are the result of underpowered CPUs than GPUs, though, so there's that.

As for the new drivers, you can grab them from the usual spot at Nvidia's driver portal. Just pick your GPU model and OS and get downloading.

Monster Hunter World launches first on August 9. World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth follows a few days later on August 14.
