Stay tuned for a backwards compatibility release date for Burnout Paradise, says dev

Criterion Games is indeed close to telling everyone when to expect Burnout Paradise on Xbox One.

Fans of the Burnout series have been making a lot of noise over the past few months. That's because Burnout Paradise is one of most beloved games on Xbox 360, so when Microsoft announced the backwards compatibility programme for Xbox One, Paradise was among the most-requested.

Criterion has always said they're in talks, but never officially confirmed it's working on it. Today, answering a fan on Twitter, the studio confirmed that it's in development.

We're expecting the new Xbox One dashboard to launch in November. November, too, will bring the official launch of backwards compatibility on the console, and Paradise could be one of the early games.
