Watch Claptrap kick butt in this new Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel trailer

The steady trickle of Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel info continues, and this new trailer fresh from gamescom shows off Claptrap in action, as well as an unknown new character.

Claptrap is the fourth playable character in The Pre-Sequel, behind Nisha, Wilhelm, and Athena. The trailer shows him using abilities called Torgue Fiesta, Funzerker, Laser Inferno, and Rubber Ducky. He also gets turned down for a dance.

The trailer also shows an unknown woman who features quite prominently. Destructoid is speculating that this is Handsome Jack's wife, a character hinted at in Borderlands 2 but never seen.

Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel is out on PS3, Xbox 360, and PC on October 14.
