LulzSec: fourth member pleads guilty to Sony & Nintendo attacks

LulzSec hacker Ryan Ackroyd has pleaded guilty to contributing to attacks made on Sony and Nintendo websites in 2011. The 26-year-old will be sentenced along with three other guilty parties on May 14.

Bloomberg reports that Ackroyd will receive his sentence along with fellow LulzSec hackers Jake Davis, Mustafa Al-Bassam and Ryan Cleary.

The attacks took place between February and September 2011 and include disruption of sites owned by Sony, Nintendo, the NHS and 20th Century Fox.
