Nintendo has launched a new Kid Icarus: Uprising promotion with Argos which will net consumers free pack of 24 AR cards when they purchase the game from the retailer between now and May 31. HMV isn’t left out of the deal, as various stores across the UK will be hosting a contest in which those who bring their 3DS by the store can win a limited edition Kid Icarus poster. Super Smash Bros. will contain a trophy of Kid Icarus: Uprising boss Phosphora. A game image of the character was taken by director Masahiro Sakurai during development. Super Smash Bros. is out this year on Wii U and 3DS.
