A small, optional firmware update is available for the PlayStation Vita. Firmware update 1.67, arriving just one week on from the last mandatory update, is not required for PlayStation Network use. It weighs in at 97 MB and “improves stability for some PlayStation Vita titles”.

Vita Firmware Update
Sony has released a major update for the Vita, bringing the portable’s firmware to 2.0 and adding a number of interesting new features and capacities.
