Microsoft Studios has announced a partnership with New York-based social and casual games developer Arkadium. The a multi-year, mult-game deal was described by Arkadium as “an evolution of the relationship the two companies have been developing over the previous two years.” Started in 2001 by Jessica Rovello and Kenny Rosenblatt, who are husband and wife, Arkadium boasts the world’s largest Flash game library with ten million users each month on Facebook and the web.

“Arkadium has a ten-year track record of developing entertaining and well-architected casual and social games,” said Microsoft Studios’ Matt Booty. “Our team is excited to be partnering with a developer that we believe will help us entertain millions of people as we expand our reach to a broader audience.” Thanks, Edge.
