Sony's confirmed confirmed in a tweet that PopCap and SOE is bringing Plants vs Zombies to PlayStation Vita. In a tweet, it said: "Surprise! Plants vs Zombies is coming to PS Vita. Thanks @popcap@SonyOnline." And that's that.
