Two LA concerts are to celebrate the sweeping scores of the Final Fantasy series, as performed by the Distant Worlds Philharmonic Orchestra and some notable videogame musical talent.

The performances, taking place on September 9 and 10, will each feature a different selection of music from the Final Fantasy series.

The live orchestra will be conducted by Arnie Roth, with videogame composer Nobuo Uematsu performing as a keyboard soloist and special guest Susan Calloway lending her vocal talent to proceedings.

Tickets for the concert are on sale from the Ticketmaster website.
