  • THQ and Activision settle Baja box art suit

    According to this Joystiq report, Activision’s conceded there may have been some similarities between its SCORE International Baja 1000: The Official Game box-art and that of THQ’s Baja game, and has changed the image. THQ’s pleased, apparently, and has dropped legal moves to get the art altered. See the new packing through the link.
