Two Worlds 2 adds defense mode per community request
TopWare Interactive has added a new mutliplayer mode to Two Worlds 2 after requests for a Defense Mode from the community. It includes five new maps in which players team-up to defend Gandohar – the main villain of the campaign – against constant waves of AI enemies. The DLC will be free-of-charge and is available for download on Mac and PC through the official website. Screenshots for the DLC are posted below.

Scivelation hitting 360 along with PC during Q3 2010

Topware Interactive has announced that it will be the US publisher for Scivelation, the upcoming Unreal Engine III-based third person shooter.
Set for PC and Xbox 360 for Q3 2010, the game’s currently in development at Ukraine-based Black Wing Foundation, and is set in the future with an oppressive government known as the Regime in charge.
The setting and story, according to the PR, was inspired by the works of Orwell, Milton and Dante with addition of running, gunning, sneaking, and driving through a post-Apocalyptic world.

Two Worlds II hits Xbox 360 in the spring

Topware Interactive has announced that Two Worlds II will be released on Xbox 360 during spring 2010.
Here’s the rundown on it:
Two Worlds II returns players to the realms of Antaloor, the high fantasy world of mysticism and awe from the first title, released in 2007. Two Worlds II has been built from the ground up for Xbox 360 with a brand new engine and gameplay mechanics aimed at delivering both hardcore and casual gamers a refreshingly robust role-playing experience.
Rescued from prison by former enemies, the player once again assumes control of the unnamed hero, only to find the world of Antaloor has been forever changed in their absence.

This week in indie and other games of interest, we have an update on Gray Matter, some free-to-play titles, and a couple demos for you to try out.
Also of note: Iceberg Interactive’s announced the release of the bundle British Horror Pack consisting of Dark Fall: The Journal Classic Edition, Dark Fall: Lights Out The Director’s Cut Edition, and Barrow Hill; Slitherine has digitally released History: Great Battles – Medieval earlier than the physical disc; and there’s a zombie game titled Zombie Driver which has you pulling a Rebecca Gayheart on the undead with your vehicle.
