Black Desert Online gets free Valencia expansion today

The first part of Valencia, the new add-on for Black Desert Online, is out today.
Black Desert Online is getting the Valencia Part One expansion today, free to all players. Valencia increases the world size by 30 percent, bringing a new desert area.
The first of Valencia also adds new weapons, armour, accessories, as well as new quests and mounts. Once the update is released, players who log in daily will be able to earn a new pet penguin.
Outside of the free update, the castle siege and node warfare modes are still being worked on, with a second test period currently planned before the feature goes live for all players.
