Hitman Episode 2: Sapienza gameplay - complete run

Hitman Episode 2: Sapienza is out now, and the hype is real. Can it live up to the first episode? What new treats are in store?

If you're yet to pick up the assassination sandbox because you've been waiting to see how the episodic content plan works out, here's something that might help. The video above is a complete run through the major contract included in the latest drop. (PS4 owners also receive the latest Sarajevo Six contract.)

It takes Arekkz about 40 minutes on his first go, and as Hitman fans know, it's not just about beating missions - the real beauty is in exploring the sandbox, discovering new tricks and tactics, and running like hell when you tip off an emergent disaster.

I haven't picked up the new Hitman yet but I'm really leaning into it; I often find the full games a bit overwhelming, as the thought of replaying all the missions is a bit daunting. Having just one to focus on at a time is pretty appealing. It also seems a great opportunity for Io Interactive, in that players get more time to explore and appreciate its generally intricate level design and open-ended gameplay.

Have you had a go yet? Are you a longtime Hitman player? I'd really like to hear more from real fans.
