Tekken 7 coming to consoles in the west next year - report

Tekken 7 will inevitably come to consoles all over the world - but when?

Tekken 7 has been playable in arcades in Japan since March, but Bandai Namco hasn't committed to a home console release at home or abroad.

It looks like we can expect it sometime next year, though. Spanish site Koi Nya cites local Bandai Namco marketing manager David Fraile as saying we can expect a western console launch in 2016. Fraile reportedly mentioned the release during Madrid Games Week.

We probably shouldn't get too excited; European representatives tend to be more casual about throwing out tentative dates that haven't yet been locked down. Anyway, even if it's accurate "2016" is a pretty big window.
