TGS: Resident Evil: Revelations 2 Vita, three 'coming soon' titles listed by Sony

Three "Coming Soon" titles will be shown during TGS 2014 this week by Sony, according to a list of website folders released by the firm and subsequently pulled.

The list of games was published accidentally on Sony's dedicated Japan’s Tokyo Game Show website portal, and the most interesting information culled by NeoGAF was a listing for Resident Evil Revelations 2 on Vita.

Capcom has only announced the game for PS3, PS4, PC, Xbox 360 and Xbox One a present, but it wouldn't be surprising to see the game released on the handheld in Japan if said listing is correct. Whether it will arrive on Sony's portable in the west is anyone's guess at this time.

While the various games files contained previously announced titles such as Final Fantasy Type-0 HD Grand Theft Auto 5, Bloodborne, Dragon Quest: Heroes, Uncharted 4 and Until Dawn, it seems the file numbers themselves are grouped by publisher.

Due to the numerical listings, NeoGAF has deduced one of the "Coming Soon" files pertains to a Square Enix title.

Here's an example:

File #54 Coming Soon PS4 title
File #55 Final Fantasy Type 0-HD
File #56 Dragon Quest Heroes

Note two of those listed are confirmed Square Enix titles, so it's quite plausible one of the unannounced titles is coming from the publisher.

TGS 2014 runs this week from September 18-21, and Brenna will be on the show floor, so hopefully we'll hear more about the goings on at Sony.

The live stream schedule for the event has also been posted and you can look over times and what will be shown through the link.

Thanks, Gematu.
