League of Legends patch notes: 14 Champion tweaks, Intro Bots and Jungle Timers

Riot Games has issued Patch 4.12 for League of Legends, focusing on diversity in competitive gaming.
The latest patch adds Jungle Timers, tweaks 14 Champions including Alistar and Lucian, and introduces the Intro Bots.
Intro Bots are a co-op versus AI difficulty mode for brand new players, designed to open up the game to those intimidated by a perceived complexity.
