New Witcher 3 gameplay will be shown next week

Friday, 30th May 2014 18:26 GMT By Sherif Saed

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is one of the most anticipated games on PC and current-gen, part of the reason for that is CD Projeckt RED’s reluctance to show gameplay footage of the upcoming RPG. Something which will be somewhat mitigated by the studio hosting an event next week to show more gameplay and talk pre-order details.

An online event titled Witcher-fest, will see GOG and CD Projekt RED collaborate to stream a new gameplay trailer, pre-order details about the tile, and something they’re calling a “new addition to Witcherverse.”

Following that, GOG will take the stage to announce a project they’ve been working on for a while.

The event will take place June 5 6pm GMT on this page. You’ll be the first to know about any details mentioned during the livestream.

I am hoping this will be released gameplay instead of journalists talking about it with a gag order?

I’d be very surprised if CDP ever put an embargo on reviews.

They don’t seem to be that type of developer, everything they’ve done has seemed to be pretty open and truthful. Were not talking about a company in the same mould as Ubi, Blizzard, MS.. or actually 99% of the big players.

CDP seem to be in it for the rep and it’s working. We love them.

If you’re not talking about the monster then that’s THE worst troll attempt I’ve ever seen.
