PlayStation Now loading times are improving - rumour

The loading times for titles streamed via Sony's upcoming PlayStation Now service have been the subject of much speculation. The service is now in the second phase of the beta, and rumours suggest that loading times have improved over times leaked from the first phase.

Dualshockers apparently has the load times of a range of games, some of which are compared to times from the previous beta. The most significant improvement is seen in Dead or Alive 5, with a time of 36.55 seconds compared to its previous time of 51.10 seconds.

To cherry pick some other examples, WipeOut HD allegedly loads in 57.19 seconds, Guacamelee! in 32.36 seconds, and Dead Island in 36.22 seconds.

Of course these loading times will very much depend on the quality of the user's internet connection, but for the time being it appears that PlayStation Now is taking a step in the right direction.
